Hi,

Just finished writing a Sure Step Optimization - customization review, where we found a lot of findings, in this review we look more on a general view. like class structure and SQL statements on forms.

To go deeper into the quality of the code at the customer site, we are now selecting x amount of process and do dirctly code analyses on the process's. For that we are using the Trace parser tool.

The Trace parser is getting more and more integrated in the new releases, where in AX2009 we need to different files from the Client and the AOS and in AX 2012 it is only 1 place executed from the developer workspace.
