You may see this error when performing certain tasks within Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Business Edition) if you are logged in with a Partner (Delegated Admin) account.  This is 'by design' as we do not want scheduled Jobs\Tasks being setup to run as a non-licensed user.  You should have a Fully Licensed user with the proper permission sets retry the activity that is giving you this error.
